-Passionate about bread and the whole the culinary experience
-Must work weekends and early mornings.
-Must be a fast learner, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of an amazing team
-Must be flexible, reliable and can handle pressure
-Positive, energetic, good work ethic, is required
-Staying current with industry trends, identify new culinary techniques and presentations
-Thrives in a diverse team atmosphere
~ building and maintaining an in house bread program
~ producing seasonal desserts
~ work with executive chef on ordering, inventory and pricing
~ ensure that the pastry section of the kitchen and surrounding areas are sanitized and clean in accordance with company standards and health code regulations
~obtain a Washington food handlers card
~produce product and maintain relationships with wholesale accounts
Position is either part or full time and is an hourly position to start, could turn into salary position.
